ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION

Access precise location only in the foreground Battery Widget can get your exact location only when it is in the foreground. These location services must be turned on and available on your phone for Battery Widget to be able to use them. This may increase battery consumption.

READ_PHONE_STATE

Read phone status and identity Allows Battery Widget to access the phone features of the device. This permission allows Battery Widget to determine the phone number and device IDs, whether a call is active, and the remote number connected by a call.
