ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION

Access approximate location (network-based) only in the foreground M+ Messenger can get your location based on network sources such as cell towers and Wi-Fi networks, but only when when M+ Messenger is in the foreground. These location services must be turned on and available on your tablet for M+ Messenger to be able to use them.

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION

Access precise location only in the foreground M+ Messenger can get your exact location only when it is in the foreground. These location services must be turned on and available on your phone for M+ Messenger to be able to use them. This may increase battery consumption.

AUTHENTICATE_ACCOUNTS

Create accounts and set passwords Allows M+ Messenger to use the account authenticator capabilities of the AccountManager, including creating accounts and getting and setting their passwords.

CALL_PHONE

Directly call phone numbers Allows M+ Messenger to call phone numbers without your intervention. This may result in unexpected charges or calls. Note that this doesn't allow M+ Messenger to call emergency numbers. Malicious apps may cost you money by making calls without your confirmation.

BROADCAST_STICKY

Send sticky broadcast Allows M+ Messenger to send sticky broadcasts, which remain after the broadcast ends. Excessive use may make the tablet slow or unstable by causing it to use too much memory.
