ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION

Access precise location only in the foreground TaskBar can get your exact location only when it is in the foreground. These location services must be turned on and available on your phone for TaskBar to be able to use them. This may increase battery consumption.

ACCESS_SUPERUSER

Full permissions to all device features and storage Superuser grants full access to all device features and storage, including the secure and sensitive hardware elements of your device. This permission is potentially dangerous.

CALL_PHONE

Directly call phone numbers Allows TaskBar to call phone numbers without your intervention. This may result in unexpected charges or calls. Note that this doesn't allow TaskBar to call emergency numbers. Malicious apps may cost you money by making calls without your confirmation.

CAMERA

Take pictures and videos TaskBar can take pictures and record videos using the camera at any time.

GET_ACCOUNTS

Find accounts on the device Allows TaskBar to get the list of accounts known by the tablet. This may include any accounts created by applications you have installed.

READ_CALL_LOG

Read call log TaskBar can read your call history.

READ_CONTACTS

Read your contacts Allows TaskBar to read data about your contacts stored on your tablet. This permission allows TaskBar to save your contact data, and malicious apps may share contact data without your knowledge.

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Read the contents of your shared storage Allows TaskBar to read the contents of your shared storage.

READ_PHONE_STATE

Read phone status and identity Allows TaskBar to access the phone features of the device. This permission allows TaskBar to determine the phone number and device IDs, whether a call is active, and the remote number connected by a call.

READ_PROFILE

Read your own contact card Allows TaskBar to read personal profile information stored on your device, such as your name and contact information. This means TaskBar can identify you and may send your profile information to others.

READ_SMS

Read your text messages (SMS or MMS) TaskBar can read all SMS (text) messages stored on your tablet.

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Modify or delete the contents of your shared storage Allows TaskBar to write the contents of your shared storage.

Read your Web bookmarks and history Allows TaskBar to read the history of all URLs that the Browser has visited, and all of the Browser's bookmarks. Note: this permission may not be enforced by third-party browsers or other applications with web browsing capabilities.

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

View network connections Allows TaskBar to view information about network connections such as which networks exist and are connected.

ACCESS_WIFI_STATE

View Wi-Fi connections Allows TaskBar to view information about Wi-Fi networking, such as whether Wi-Fi is enabled and name of connected Wi-Fi devices.

BLUETOOTH

Pair with Bluetooth devices Allows TaskBar to view the configuration of Bluetooth on the tablet, and to make and accept connections with paired devices.

BLUETOOTH_ADMIN

Access Bluetooth settings Allows TaskBar to configure the local Bluetooth tablet, and to discover and pair with remote devices.

CHANGE_CONFIGURATION

CHANGE_WIFI_STATE

Connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi Allows TaskBar to connect to and disconnect from Wi-Fi access points and to make changes to device configuration for Wi-Fi networks.

FLASHLIGHT

Control flashlight Allows TaskBar to control the flashlight.

GET_TASKS

Retrieve running apps Allows TaskBar to retrieve information about currently and recently running tasks. This may allow TaskBar to discover information about which applications are used on the device.

INTERNET

Have full network access Allows TaskBar to create network sockets and use custom network protocols. The browser and other applications provide means to send data to the internet, so this permission is not required to send data to the internet.

KILL_BACKGROUND_PROCESSES

Close other apps Allows TaskBar to end background processes of other apps. This may cause other apps to stop running.

RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED

Run at startup Allows TaskBar to have itself started as soon as the system has finished booting. This can make it take longer to start the tablet and allow TaskBar to slow down the overall tablet by always running.

SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW

TaskBar can appear on top of other apps TaskBar can appear on top of other apps or other parts of the screen. This may interfere with normal app usage and change the way that other apps appear.

WRITE_SETTINGS

Modify system settings Allows TaskBar to modify the system's settings data. Malicious apps may corrupt your system's configuration.
