ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION

Access approximate location (network-based) only in the foreground QQ can get your location based on network sources such as cell towers and Wi-Fi networks, but only when when QQ is in the foreground. These location services must be turned on and available on your tablet for QQ to be able to use them.

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION

Access precise location only in the foreground QQ can get your exact location only when it is in the foreground. These location services must be turned on and available on your phone for QQ to be able to use them. This may increase battery consumption.

AUTHENTICATE_ACCOUNTS

Create accounts and set passwords Allows QQ to use the account authenticator capabilities of the AccountManager, including creating accounts and getting and setting their passwords.

CALL_PHONE

Directly call phone numbers Allows QQ to call phone numbers without your intervention. This may result in unexpected charges or calls. Note that this doesn't allow QQ to call emergency numbers. Malicious apps may cost you money by making calls without your confirmation.
