ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION

Access approximate location (network-based) only in the foreground IM+ can get your location based on network sources such as cell towers and Wi-Fi networks, but only when when IM+ is in the foreground. These location services must be turned on and available on your tablet for IM+ to be able to use them.

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION

Access precise location only in the foreground IM+ can get your exact location only when it is in the foreground. These location services must be turned on and available on your phone for IM+ to be able to use them. This may increase battery consumption.

GET_ACCOUNTS

Find accounts on the device Allows IM+ to get the list of accounts known by the tablet. This may include any accounts created by applications you have installed.

READ_CALL_LOG

Read call log IM+ can read your call history.

READ_CONTACTS

Read your contacts Allows IM+ to read data about your contacts stored on your tablet. This permission allows IM+ to save your contact data, and malicious apps may share contact data without your knowledge.

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Read the contents of your shared storage Allows IM+ to read the contents of your shared storage.

READ_PHONE_STATE

Read phone status and identity Allows IM+ to access the phone features of the device. This permission allows IM+ to determine the phone number and device IDs, whether a call is active, and the remote number connected by a call.

WRITE_CALL_LOG

Write call log Allows IM+ to modify your tablet's call log, including data about incoming and outgoing calls. Malicious apps may use this to erase or modify your call log.

WRITE_CONTACTS

Modify your contacts Allows IM+ to modify the data about your contacts stored on your tablet. This permission allows IM+ to delete contact data.

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Modify or delete the contents of your shared storage Allows IM+ to write the contents of your shared storage.

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

View network connections Allows IM+ to view information about network connections such as which networks exist and are connected.

ACCESS_WIFI_STATE

View Wi-Fi connections Allows IM+ to view information about Wi-Fi networking, such as whether Wi-Fi is enabled and name of connected Wi-Fi devices.

GET_TASKS

Retrieve running apps Allows IM+ to retrieve information about currently and recently running tasks. This may allow IM+ to discover information about which applications are used on the device.

INTERNET

Have full network access Allows IM+ to create network sockets and use custom network protocols. The browser and other applications provide means to send data to the internet, so this permission is not required to send data to the internet.

RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED

Run at startup Allows IM+ to have itself started as soon as the system has finished booting. This can make it take longer to start the tablet and allow IM+ to slow down the overall tablet by always running.

VIBRATE

Control vibration Allows IM+ to control the vibrator.

WAKE_LOCK

Keep car screen turned on Allows IM+ to keep the car screen turned on.

WRITE_SETTINGS

Modify system settings Allows IM+ to modify the system's settings data. Malicious apps may corrupt your system's configuration.
