Access precise location only in the foreground Pulse can get your exact location only when it is in the foreground. These location services must be turned on and available on your phone for Pulse to be able to use them. This may increase battery consumption.

CALL_PHONE

Directly call phone numbers Allows Pulse to call phone numbers without your intervention. This may result in unexpected charges or calls. Note that this doesn't allow Pulse to call emergency numbers. Malicious apps may cost you money by making calls without your confirmation.
