ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION

Access approximate location (network-based) only in the foreground CM Battery can get your location based on network sources such as cell towers and Wi-Fi networks, but only when when CM Battery is in the foreground. These location services must be turned on and available on your tablet for CM Battery to be able to use them.

ACCESS_SUPERUSER

Full permissions to all device features and storage Superuser grants full access to all device features and storage, including the secure and sensitive hardware elements of your device. This permission is potentially dangerous.

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Read the contents of your shared storage Allows CM Battery to read the contents of your shared storage.

READ_PHONE_STATE

Read phone status and identity Allows CM Battery to access the phone features of the device. This permission allows CM Battery to determine the phone number and device IDs, whether a call is active, and the remote number connected by a call.

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Modify or delete the contents of your shared storage Allows CM Battery to write the contents of your shared storage.

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

View network connections Allows CM Battery to view information about network connections such as which networks exist and are connected.

ACCESS_WIFI_STATE

View Wi-Fi connections Allows CM Battery to view information about Wi-Fi networking, such as whether Wi-Fi is enabled and name of connected Wi-Fi devices.

BLUETOOTH

Pair with Bluetooth devices Allows CM Battery to view the configuration of Bluetooth on the tablet, and to make and accept connections with paired devices.

BLUETOOTH_ADMIN

Access Bluetooth settings Allows CM Battery to configure the local Bluetooth tablet, and to discover and pair with remote devices.

CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE

Change network connectivity Allows CM Battery to change the state of network connectivity.

CHANGE_WIFI_STATE

Connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi Allows CM Battery to connect to and disconnect from Wi-Fi access points and to make changes to device configuration for Wi-Fi networks.

CLEAR_APP_CACHE

DISABLE_KEYGUARD

Disable your screen lock Allows CM Battery to disable the keylock and any associated password security. For example, the phone disables the keylock when receiving an incoming phone call, then re-enables the keylock when the call is finished.

GET_PACKAGE_SIZE

Measure app storage space Allows CM Battery to retrieve its code, data, and cache sizes

GET_TASKS

Retrieve running apps Allows CM Battery to retrieve information about currently and recently running tasks. This may allow CM Battery to discover information about which applications are used on the device.

INTERNET

Have full network access Allows CM Battery to create network sockets and use custom network protocols. The browser and other applications provide means to send data to the internet, so this permission is not required to send data to the internet.

KILL_BACKGROUND_PROCESSES

Close other apps Allows CM Battery to end background processes of other apps. This may cause other apps to stop running.

READ_LOGS

READ_SYNC_SETTINGS

Read sync settings Allows CM Battery to read the sync settings for an account. For example, this can determine whether the People app is synced with an account.

RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED

Run at startup Allows CM Battery to have itself started as soon as the system has finished booting. This can make it take longer to start the tablet and allow CM Battery to slow down the overall tablet by always running.

RESTART_PACKAGES

Close other apps Allows CM Battery to end background processes of other apps. This may cause other apps to stop running.

SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW

CM Battery can appear on top of other apps CM Battery can appear on top of other apps or other parts of the screen. This may interfere with normal app usage and change the way that other apps appear.

VIBRATE

Control vibration Allows CM Battery to control the vibrator.

WAKE_LOCK

Keep car screen turned on Allows CM Battery to keep the car screen turned on.

WRITE_INTERNAL_STORAGE

WRITE_SETTINGS

Modify system settings Allows CM Battery to modify the system's settings data. Malicious apps may corrupt your system's configuration.

WRITE_SYNC_SETTINGS

Toggle sync on and off Allows CM Battery to modify the sync settings for an account. For example, this can be used to enable sync of the People app with an account.
